2. Receipts and Acknowledgments:
 The trust will issue donation receipts promptly, including all necessary details required for tax purposes.
 Donors are responsible for retaining the original donation receipts for their records.

3. Donation Utilization:
Funds received will be utilized for the stated charitable purposes and activities as per the trust’s objectives.
 Donors can request information on the specific projects or initiatives their contributions support.

4. Refund Policy:
 Donations made are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, the trust may consider a refund, subject to applicable legal requirements.

5. Communication:
 The trust will keep donors informed about its activities, achievements, and financial reports through periodic newsletters or communication.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality:
 Donor information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Compliance with Laws:

The trust commits to adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing charitable trusts.

8. Annual Reports:

 The trust will provide annual reports detailing its activities, financial statements, and the impact of donations.

9. Amendments to Terms:

 The trust reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Donors will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

10. Dispute Resolution:
 Any disputes or disagreements will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

By making a donation to the trust, the donor acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change, and donors are encouraged to review them periodically.
